Very tasty food! Ordered by phone and picked up 15 minutes later. Great service. We are more than satisfied!

Because of the really nice apology of the owner and his staff, I am happy to take out the bad rating. We look forward to a new beginning in this New Year. cheers

The first visit to the restaurant "after" Corona was a complete success. Super food - mega attentive service - great team. The barman had a bit of a big city feel. Very gratifying for our "village" Bad Bramstedt. I had always imagined the Kaisersaal to be old-fashioned and bourgeois, but was instructed otherwise! Gladly again!

Very friendly service, the fish and salad were fresh and good, the vegan burger could have been a little more creative. Very pleasant food despite Covid-19. We would love to come back

Very good lunch table, although we arrived shortly before late, we had our meal including drinks within a few minutes. The fish was spot on and the fried potatoes were really tasty.

Too bad total Salted kale and potatoes. Operation in the hall unfortunately inexperienced and unprofessional. Not recommended at the moment.

A very well-kept restaurant with extremely friendly and attentive staff. Here, the well-being of the adults as well as the children and even the dogs was taken care of. The owner is interested in the well-being of her guests and unobtrusively ready for a quiet. That food was excellent, the rump steak (rear) to the point. Without hesitation, the children were allowed to share a portion. I can recommend this restaurant without reservation!

Very nice staff! I ate veal schnitzel with fries and salad. Food very good, there is nothing to complain about. Value for money also fits. Therefore full 5 stars, gladly again!

Nice, friendly staff, which they say had a double shift. We were the only guests for most of the time, until another couple came later, who were very familiar with the owner, and we were allowed to follow the conversation about finances and further planning of the place. As it was supposed to be a romantic meal, we found this disturbing and not particularly professional. But the food was very good. Praise to the kitchen.
